Mr. Hercules is a member of the corporate Board of Advisors. He has over 20 years of senior executive management experience with various companies including, IBM, Honeywell, Bank of America and Woolworths. Most recently he has served as Executive Vice President of Bank of America – Technology division; Executive Vice President, Acquisition CIO, of MBNA; and Executive Vice President - CIO for 3SG Corporation. He has also served as Director, World Wide Technology for Woolworths, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer for Team ITG, Inc. Ellsworth holds a holds a BS in Computer Science from Morehouse College, Atlanta, Georgia.
HASMUKH H. SHAH, M.D. THORASIC & CARDIOVASCULAR SURGEON
Dr. Shah is a member of the corporate Board of Advisors. Dr. Hasmukh Shah came to the United States in 1960 to pursue postgraduate medical training in the USA. Dr. Shah, a thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon, joined Baylor University Medical Center staff in 1970 and was a member of Baylor's heart-lung transplant team. He is active in the Texas Indo-American Physicians Society. He also teaches Sunday school at DFW Hindu Temple since 1987. Dr. Shah has over 50 years of experience in the field of medicine.
STANTON CRAWFORD VIGNES – DIVISION DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3)
Mr. Vignes is a member of the corporate Board of Advisors. He has over 20 years of senior executive experience with various companies in the healthcare field. Mr. Vignes currently is a division director of S3 Corporation, a national staffing firm with 23 offices in the US and 2 international locations. Previously, Mr. Vignes served as Executive Vice President of American Nursing Services, Inc., a national medical staffing firm with 18 US offices. Mr. Vignes has also served as Chief Financial Officer for National Medical Enterprise managing areas related to finance including Capital & Operating Budgets, Financial Reporting and Forecasting. Stanton has served on many Civic Boards helping them in various capacities. He is the current chairman of the Board of Holy Cross School, past Chairman of the Board of Methodist Hospital of New Orleans, past Chairman of the Board of Lakeland Medical Center. Stanton holds a BS in Accounting from the University of New Orleans, Louisiana.
WYNFRED C. (WYNN) WATKINS – RETIRED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF J. C. PENNEY
Wynfred C. (Wynn) Watkins is a retired Senior Vice President of J.C. Penney, one of America’s largest department store, catalog and e-commerce retailers. Mr. Watkins was assigned to this position in August 2005. He was named senior vice president and director of communications and public affairs in April 2000. He was elected senior vice president and director of investor and public relations in 1998. Previous positions held by Wynfred include director of geographic markets and vice president, director of investor relations. Mr. Watkins started with JC Penney in 1967 as a trainee in Toledo, Ohio, and subsequently held store management positions of increasing responsibility in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Michigan until 1993, when he joined the home office. Mr. Watkins is a member of the board of directors for the Executive Leadership Foundation in Washington, D.C. He serves as a trustee on the board of directors for Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins, Texas. He also serves as chairman of the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Metropolitan Dallas. Wynfred is a motivational speaker to groups and organizations promoting educational growth among multicultural youths.
